Terms of Service (ToS)
1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service apply to all contracts regarding the use of the "OnlineSchicht v7.1" software (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the users (Customers) of the platform.
2. Subject Matter and Services
The Provider offers a web-based shift planning system (SaaS). Usage includes all functions without limitations on the number of employees or plans.
3. Trial Period (Demo)
The Customer is granted a free 7-day trial period. After the 7 days expire, the trial phase ends automatically. No automatic costs will be incurred. An active booking is required for continued use.
4. Pricing, Term, and Termination (No Subscription)
The use of the system costs €40.00 per month (prepaid method).
Important: This is expressly not a subscription. The contract does not automatically renew after the prepaid term expires. The plan or access is automatically deactivated at the end of the term. The Customer must actively extend the term themselves if they wish to continue using the system. Therefore, no cancellation is required.
5. Payment Terms
The fee must be paid in advance for the desired term. Available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
6. User Obligations
The user agrees not to use the system for illegal purposes and to keep their access data secure. As the data controller, the Customer is solely responsible for the personal data of their employees entered into the system.
7. Liability
The Provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. No liability is accepted for data loss caused by improper operation by the user, nor for brief server outages.
8. Final Provisions
The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Denizli, Turkey, provided the Customer is a merchant.
